Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Management Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility operations across multiple gas station and convenience store locations. This role is responsible for ensuring all sites are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operationally efficient. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, vendor management experience, and the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facilities maintenance for multiple gas station and c-store locations
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs for fuel systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and lighting
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues and minimize operational downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Manage maintenance budgets, invoices, and service contracts
  • Track work orders, repairs, and maintenance schedules
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and equipment upgrades
  • Collaborate with operations, store managers, and executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or operations
  • Experience supporting multi-location retail, gas stations, or convenience stores preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Experience managing vendors and service contracts
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel between store locations as required
  • Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems and basic office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fuel systems, underground storage tanks (UST), or environmental compliance
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
  • EPA, OSHA, or facilities-related certifications a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,338.04 per year
