We are a family seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work directly with our 7-year-old son in our home setting.
This is a part-time, in-home position focused on direct intervention, parent collaboration, and individualized support.
Position Details
- Schedule: 3–4 sessions per week
- Session Length: Flexible (typically 2 hours per session)
- Location: In-home (family residence)
- Start Date: Flexible / As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to a 7-year-old child in a home environment
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP)
Work on goals related to:
- Communication and language
- Emotional regulation
- Adaptive and daily living skills
- Reducing challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
- Collaborate closely with parents and provide parent coaching and guidance
- Adjust strategies based on the child's progress and needs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working directly with children with autism (preferred)
- Comfortable providing hands-on, direct therapy (not supervision-only role)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and availability
