Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are a family seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work directly with our 7-year-old son in our home setting.

This is a part-time, in-home position focused on direct intervention, parent collaboration, and individualized support.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3–4 sessions per week
• Session Length: Flexible (typically 2 hours per session)
• Location: In-home (family residence)
• Start Date: Flexible / As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to a 7-year-old child in a home environment
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP)

Work on goals related to:

• Communication and language
• Emotional regulation
• Adaptive and daily living skills
• Reducing challenging behaviors
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate closely with parents and provide parent coaching and guidance
• Adjust strategies based on the child's progress and needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience working directly with children with autism (preferred)
• Comfortable providing hands-on, direct therapy (not supervision-only role)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and availability
