Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Manager and lead the culinary operations of a vibrant, fast-paced food service environment. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and manage a dedicated team of culinary professionals. Duties

  • Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
  • Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes
  • Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours
  • Lead food production efforts for various service formats including casual dining, quick service, catering, and banquets

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on kitchen operations and team supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
  • Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry
  • Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively in culinary skills, customer service standards, and safety procedures
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience with a focus on casual dining or quick service settings is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, handle interviewing processes, and foster a positive work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
