Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Construction Foreman to oversee daily jobsite operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, production-focused execution, and clear communication between crews, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily jobsite activities and manage labor productivity
• Assign tasks, enforce schedules, and monitor production goals
• Ensure quality of work and minimize rework
• Maintain daily logs, labor tracking, material usage, and photos
• Enforce safety protocols and jobsite standards
• Coordinate inspections and subcontractor activities
• Report progress, issues, and delays to management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of foreman or lead construction experience
• Strong knowledge of residential renovation and/or new construction
• Ability to read plans and scopes of work
• Proven ability to lead crews and hold workers accountable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
