Paralegal

Bienstock Law, LLC ), a full-service law firm in Rockville, has an opening for an Admin Assistant/Office Manager. We welcome experienced candidates with at least 5 years working as an Admin Assistant and/or Office Manager. Bachelor's Degree required. Experience in a legal environment is a plus. Experienced candidates re-entering the workforce welcomed.

What will you be doing?

• Talking to, meeting, and building relationships with clients.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and Discovery.
• Filing legal documents with the Court.
• Researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources and providing written analysis to attorneys.
• Case management, including managing deadlines, preparing and organizing case files, and ongoing communications with clients.
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Work Experience:

• 5-7 years of law firm experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience in the Maryland court system preferred.
• Paralegal certification a plus.
