Licensed Clinical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy using evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in mental health treatment

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

What We Offer

Clinicians set their own schedules. Furnished office space 1-2 days a week, if needed. Option to be fully virtual. Required caseload is 25 average billable hours/week.

We provide billing services, EHR (Therapy Notes) and HIPAA-compliant communication tools (Spruce). We also invest in professional growth—funding pre-approved trainings such as EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, and other modalities that align with your interests.

Compensation & Benefits· W2 employment. Eligibility for merit-based raises in collection percentages.

Eligibility for quarterly bonuses after two full quarters of meeting position expectations. $750 sign-on bonus ($250 after 2 months, $500 after 6 months).

Up to 55 hours of PTO annually. Bluebird pays 50% of premiums for BCBS Silver HSA health plan, as well as dental and vision. 4% retirement match after one year of employment. We are in-network with all major insurance providers including Medical Assistance, BCBS, HealthPartners, UCare, United Health, Hennepin Health, Aetna, etc.
