Full-Time | $50,000-$56,000 based on experience

We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Front Desk Coordinator II to be the welcoming face of our community while also supporting and coordinating resident transportation needs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, delivering Legendary Hospitality with every interaction.
- Assist the Business Manager with daily operations.
- Manage incoming calls, visitor check-ins, and general front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, documentation, and communication for community operations.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of transportation services for residents, including medical appointments, outings, and community activities.
- Collaborate closely with Driver(s) to ensure safe, timely, and well-organized transportation experiences.
- Communicate transportation schedules, updates, and changes to residents, families, and internal teams.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties to support transportation needs outside of standard business hours.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties that support smooth community operations.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using basic computer systems and scheduling tools.
- A warm, welcoming presence and the ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment.
- Previous experience working with seniors is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call responsibilities for transportation coordination.
