Job Description: As the Business Development Representative at Generation Healthcare, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our healthcare network and increasing our client base. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering growth and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Relationship Building: Forge and sustain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, agencies, and community organizations to stimulate business growth. Ensure that eligible patients who desire our care are admitted through diligent follow-up.
· Sales and Marketing: Employ a consultative sales approach paired with effective marketing strategies to identify potential clients from diverse sources and generate referrals.
· Client Outreach: Engage in cold-calling, networking, and face-to-face presentations to advocate our healthcare services and spark interest among potential clients. Develop and execute public relations programs and special events. Educate referral sources and the community about the referral process, emphasizing ease of access.
· Territory Management: Oversee a designated geographic area, which may include Hamitlon, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties, to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct necessary sales calls.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members, sharing strategies and insights to optimize outcomes. Identify barriers to growth and work with clinical and operational leadership to resolve them, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed.
Qualifications:
· Experience: We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in sales roles, particularly those with a background in the healthcare industry. Experience in a clinical setting is also beneficial.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
· Ability to travel within the designated territory.
Compensation:
· Base + Incentive Plan: The starting salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonuses, and opportunities for professional development.
