Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative options.
• Offer additional services such as hair extensions, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client services and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail care techniques and services.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management.
• Experience in hair styling is a plus.
• Ability to perform hair extensions, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to clients.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity in nail design.
