Leasing Agent

Location: Killeen, TX 76543

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of the community—creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. We're seeking someone with a background in sales and experience using Yardi. A professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for closing deals are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and qualify prospects, using guest cards to capture key details
• Conduct tours and highlight the community's features to drive leases
• Maintain organized records of all visits and communication
• Assist with lease applications and deposits in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Follow up with prospects and refer to sister communities when needed
• Track marketing efforts and monitor competitor trends
• Maintain a professional image and respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Complete tasks and projects by assigned deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in leasing or sales
• Leasing 101 certification (required within 3 months of hire)
• Strong communication, closing, and customer service skills
• Proficient in computer use and basic software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive, solution-oriented, and resident-focused mindset
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus
