A Spa Front Desk Receptionist manages guest services, acting as the first point of contact by greeting clients, answering calls, booking/confirming appointments, processing payments, and explaining spa services, while also maintaining a welcoming reception area and supporting staff to ensure a seamless, relaxing guest experience from arrival to departure, often involving sales of retail products and upselling services. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, provide information on treatments, packages, and products, handle inquiries, and ensure a pleasant/professionals atmosphere.
- Scheduling: Accurately book, change, and cancel appointments using spa software, manage therapist schedules, and send confirmations.
- Administrative: Check guests in/out, process payments (cash/card), manage client records, and handle opening/closing procedures.
- Sales: Actively promote and upsell services, promotions, retail products, and meeting revenue targets.
- Operations: Keep the reception area, common areas, wet room, rest rooms, and laundry room clean and organized. Responsible for inventory of supplies and products.
- Problem Solving: Professionally and confidentially handle client concerns and feedback.
