We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the toast POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills throughout service.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills at the end of each meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with Toast, OpenTable, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong culinary knowledge and food handling experience to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
