Caregiver/ Weekly pay

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care to individuals of all ages with diverse needs. This role involves supporting clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being, ensuring they receive respectful, personalized care in a safe environment. The position offers weekly pay and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through compassionate caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide medication administration and monitor vital signs in accordance with care plans
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals
• Assist with transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through light cleaning tasks to promote hygiene and comfort
• Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and social interaction
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life

Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience or familiarity with:

• Home & community care settings, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care
• Working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
• Alzheimer's and dementia care techniques, including patient observation and memory support strategies
• Medication management and vital signs monitoring
• Use of mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts and resident handling equipment
• Long-term care environments or home health services
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) but not mandatory for all roles
• Candidates with experience in social work or working with seniors are encouraged to apply. A compassionate attitude combined with relevant caregiving skills is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
