Remote Administrative Assistant (United States)

About The Opportunity
Join a fast-moving transportation operations team as a fully remote Administrative Assistant. You will provide mission-critical back-office and customer-facing support that keeps bookings, driver records, billing, and communications running smoothly. This role suits detail-oriented candidates with strong systems experience who want tangible impact in a service-driven mobility business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage email and phone inquiries for operations and customer service; triage issues and escalate to operations or support teams as needed.
  • Maintain driver and rider records in CRM systems — onboard new drivers, verify documentation, and update licensing/insurance data.
  • Support scheduling and dispatch workflows: confirm bookings, update reservations, and coordinate with drivers and corporate clients.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports; reconcile transactions and hand off to finance with accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain operational spreadsheets and regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and minutes, and drive follow-up actions to closure.
