Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Next Level Interventions is a small, local, BCBA-owned company focused on client growth and staff happiness, looking to hire a full-time BCBA or BCaBA. We are not a huge corporate company and strive to make meaningful changes in the lives of both our clients and staff. This position requires the BCBA certification. (Would consider someone with a BCaBA certification, or someone sitting for their exam within the next 60 days).

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) create programming that focuses on teaching our clients new skills, while simultaneously working on reducing maladaptive behaviors that impact learning. Our RBTs and behavior therapists implement this programming during 1:1 ABA sessions. Services are provided all in-center and/or in the community with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities. Our BCBAs provide supervision to those pursuing their certification in the field of ABA, supervision to RBTs, parent training, and other duties as assigned.

Candidates for this position must be patient, kind, hard-working, and enjoy interacting with children. Employees must be able to take direction and feedback from supervisors, maintain a positive relationship with families and staff, and adhere to the standards of ethical and professional practice according to the BACB code of ethics, as well as all HIPAA guidelines. Candidates must be able to pass a background check to TriCare standards.

• Open Monday-Friday 8:00-6:00 during the school year (until 5:00pm during summer)

Pay for BCBAs would be in the $80,000-$90,000 range, while BCaBAs would be in the $60,000-$65,000 range, depending on experience.
