ROLE SUMMARY: The Minibar Attendant is responsible for ensuring all in-room honor bars are fully stocked, accurately inventoried, clean, and presented to brand standards to enhance the guest experience. This role supports seamless hotel operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring product quality, and delivering Legendary Hospitality in alignment with Hotel Drover service expectations. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
Inventory in-room honor bars, minibar accessories, and promotional materials; restock items as required to maintain par levels. 
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all minibars in accordance with departmental and brand standards. Utilize handheld devices, POS systems, and inventory software to record sales, post charges, and track inventory accurately.  
Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and rotation to prevent stock-outs and ensure food and beverage safety compliance. 
Prepare and stock minibar carts daily and transport carts to assigned floors and guest rooms.  
Enter guest rooms as authorized to inspect, clean, restock, and service minibars while maintaining guest privacy and professionalism. 
Maintain minibar pantries and storerooms, ensuring cleanliness, proper organization, and accurate inventory counts. 
Complete daily worksheets, refill reports, and inventory logs accurately and on time. 
Respond promptly and professionally to guest minibar requests and inquiries. 
Communicate minibar issues, guest concerns, discrepancies, or maintenance needs to Housekeeping leadership. 
Follow all safety, security, and standard operating procedures, including proper radio etiquette. 
Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and adhere to uniform and grooming standards. 
All other duties as assigned.  
ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, including entire shifts. 
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance. 
Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. 
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, and work below the knees as required. 
Comfortable working in hot/cold environments (e.g., kitchen, walk-ins). 
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with guests, leaders, and team members. 
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. 
Flexible schedule — must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  
Previous hotel or hospitality experience. 
Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage products. 
Experience with POS systems, handheld devices, and inventory management software. 
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
