Duties

• Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, pastries with precision and creativity.
• Help with packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to food production activities, including measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling items for baking or serving.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of kitchen work.
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods by preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly to uphold food safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in baking
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations within the food industry.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
• Experience in food packaging, labeling, and presentation to enhance product appeal.
• Customer service skills to interact positively with clients or customers when needed.
