Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Location: Casper, Wyoming
Territory: Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota
Travel: Overnight and out of town travel required
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to serve customers and grow new business throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota. This role requires regular travel and focuses on face-to-face sales, relationship building, and territory management during standard weekday business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory of existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Conduct in-person sales meetings
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
· Maintain a clean, organized service van and shop area
· Ensure inventory is properly stocked, organized, and rotated by expiration dates
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic phone operating skills (Samsung)
