Jamerson Janitorial Inc Professional Property Maintenanceis currently hiring a janitorial associate for one location located in Las Vegas.

Start time:

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Location: Harvill Ave, Perris, CA 92570

Position Description:

• Ability to report to work on time and complete the assigned work shift.
• Keep supplies and equipment in neat, clean, organized manner in the designated area.
• General housekeeping of employee breakroom: dusk, sweep, mop, take out trash, cleaning of appliances.
• General housekeeping of office areas: dusk, sweep, mop, take out trash.
• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• Dust furniture and fixtures

Qualifications include:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Prior work experience in Janitorial work a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to function with minimal supervision, but also have the ability to take and follow directions.

Working Conditions

• The work is performed inside and outside one stationary building with a wide variety of people with differing functions.
• The work is usually done inside assigned building which is well-lit. Expose also to work outdoors. Exposed to occasional equipment noise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
