This is an
*entry-level, paid training role *
with a clear path into leadership. You'll start by learning face-to-face sales and customer engagement. From there, we teach you how the business actually runs from recruiting to training, team leadership, and territory management. Advancement is based on performance, not time seniority

*What You'll Be Doing *

• Represent well-known brands inside local retail locations
• Talk with customers, build rapport, and explain products clearly
• Learn proven sales systems to hit weekly and monthly goals
• Train side-by-side with leadership in sales, recruiting, and operations
• Grow into coaching new hires, leading small teams, and supporting office goals
