Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service
• Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and portioning dishes according to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment by cleaning tables, utensils, and surfaces regularly
• Serve guests with friendly hospitality, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary requests with care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
• Support catering or banquet events by setting up food stations and assisting with meal delivery as needed
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining sanitation protocols

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills that demonstrate efficiency and safety awareness
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions
• Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with meal preparation, buffet setup, or catering services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to assist guests effectively

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
