Warehouse Manager

On Point Installations provides non-union commercial furniture installation services throughout the Chicagoland and Midwest region. We have recently expanded to a 15k sq. ft. office/warehouse facility in Wauconda, IL and are looking to fill a full-time Warehouse Manager position, requiring a high level of attention to detail, organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Heavy lifting required at times, along with the use of pallet jacks and/or a forklift.

• Inbound: Receive / unload trucks, stage & check in product.
• Send out receiving notifications via email with BOL to Customers.
• Outbound: Load trucks with product for next day scheduled projects.
• Maintain trucks and van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
• Enforce inventory control by tagging product with appropriate project name, manufacturer type and PO numbers.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promote clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday / 9am to 5pm (with possible overtime hours daily)
