Experienced Pizza Maker

We are a full service Italian Restaurant & pizzeria offering deliveries, take out or dine in & online ordering

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Maker/Counter Person to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role involves preparing delicious pizzas, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, food safety, and delivering a positive dining experience in a quick service or fast food setting.

Duties

• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
• Operate POS systems such as Shift4 for order processing and payments
• Take customer orders at the counter, answer questions about menu items, and upsell additional products
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping ingredients, organizing supplies, and stocking stations
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, serving orders promptly, and addressing any concerns or questions
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe dining environment
• Support bussing tables when necessary and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service within a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience working in a café, retail store, grocery store, or similar environment involving serving or food handling is beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality service standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $210.00 per day
