Part-Time / Full-Time Associate Dentist

Woodlawn Dental is seeking a motivated, quality-driven, and patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a clinician who values comprehensive care and a supportive team environment.

We are a full-service dental practice providing implants, prosthodontic services, endodontics, oral surgery, and emergency dental care. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, digital scanning, intraoral cameras, and fully paperless charting.

We value our associate dentists and are committed to offering one of the most competitive compensation packages in the area, including a base salary plus a percentage of collections.

Position Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
  • Perform routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

Salary:

  • Part TIme $ per day (% collections)
  • Full Time $ 200,000-300,000 (% collections)

Job Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active state dental license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
