Elite RV Roof and Collison is looking for an outside salesperson who is self motivated with professional experience. We are more than happy to teach you the ins and outs of RV collision repair.
This position is full time from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. The employee will travel in a company provided vehicle to conduct door to door and business to business sales at RV parks and houses and insurance agent offices. We offer bonuses for every job signed -.

Requires a clean driving record

Requires timeliness and attention to detail
Requires the ability to carry a ladder (approximately 50 lbs)
Requires ability to climb on roofs of RV's to inspect them
Requires basic automotive knowledge

Elite RV Roof and Collision is looking for someone to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful. Day to day duties:
-Start the day at 9 am
-Participate in training (required for the first 2 weeks - paid, $16/hr))
-Drive to pre-set locations that Elite will provide daily, there will be scheduled onsite inspections.
-Go to RV parks and residential areas to market to customers (will only be visiting with customers who have RV's so leads will be warm)
-Present Elite's pitch (signing customers is EASY as we help customers with their deductibles and are offering services that insurance pays 100% of)
-Hand-off calls dynamically to experienced managers and closers (especially early on)
-Be open to constructive feedback and be vocal about areas where you need help
-Be trustworthy and diligent in meeting your daily location visits
