Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Coordinator / Parts Runner to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and delivering parts and materials to job sites. This role offers opportunities for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Run parts and materials to job sites as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus
