Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client, AT&T Wireless, and their customer base providing exceptional customer support while promoting their products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. This position is entry-level, no prior experience is needed We provide fully paid training and development

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and personalized support.
• Assist with customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and create a positive store experience.
• Stay up to date on product features, promotions, and technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• No experience needed — comprehensive paid training provided
