Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a vital part of our logistics operations, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and following all established procedures.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
