We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a dynamic logistics environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order fulfillment requests.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
