We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse or labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
