This involves using an RF scanner to locate items in the warehouse, carefully picking the correct quantities, and then packaging them securely and correctly. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure that customers receive the right products, in the right condition. You'll work closely with other warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and achieve daily targets. Safety is our top priority; all associates are required to follow strict safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and be mindful of their surroundings to prevent accidents. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant lifting and physical activity. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details using an RF scanner.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Package orders securely and label them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
