Join our fast-paced logistics environment as a Picker/Packer in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating items, and preparing them for dispatch. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount. Key responsibilities include: Accurately picking items based on order sheets or system prompts. Packaging orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Verifying order contents against shipping documentation. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required PPE. Performing routine lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Utilizing RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory and process orders. Communicating any discrepancies or issues to supervisory staff promptly. Contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
