Job Summary:
Our Denver, Colorado facility is looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our robust logistics team. This position is critical for managing the flow of goods within our distribution center, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from receipt to shipment. If you have experience with material handling equipment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safety, we want you on our team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying against orders.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining an orderly warehouse.
  • Pick and prepare materials accurately for internal and external shipments.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required for specific equipment).
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
  • Package materials appropriately for safe transport.
  • Wear all required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically as a Material Handler, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting items up to 55 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
