We are actively recruiting Order Pickers for our facility in sunny San Diego, California. This role is essential to our logistics process, focusing on accurately and efficiently selecting items for customer orders. You will utilize advanced picking technology and work within a dynamic warehouse environment. Your commitment to Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. This physically demanding role requires consistent Lifting and an understanding of warehouse flow. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment.
- Stage orders in designated areas for outbound logistics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated understanding of Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
