We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and preparing them for shipment. Ensuring the accuracy of inventory and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team, and is committed to operational efficiency within our logistics network. This position requires physical stamina, as tasks involve frequent Lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Put away stock accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items for orders efficiently and precisely.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and verification.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required and trained.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform all required Lifting tasks safely and correctly.
- Wear and maintain all assigned PPE properly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
