Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and shipping deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, with proficiency and safety.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Engage in tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
