We are hiring enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our bustling distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled with speed and precision. You will utilize hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment to locate and retrieve items, and then carefully package them to prevent damage during transit. Strong attention to detail is paramount to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will work in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks, including walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
