Are you an experienced professional in **Logistics** looking for your next challenge? We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for our facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This key role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating staff, and ensuring efficient workflow from receiving to shipping. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse **Safety** protocols. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity, accuracy, and **Safety** for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all **Safety** regulations and company policies, including proper use of **PPE**.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, or oversee its operation.
  • Maintain records of warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth **Logistics** flow.
  • Implement and enforce **Safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements for all staff.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and **Logistics** systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement **Safety** programs.
  • Proficiency in **Lifting** management and inventory control techniques.
  • Familiarity with operating various warehouse machinery.
  • Ability to **Lifting** and manage team tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in **Logistics** or related field preferred.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment through strict adherence to **PPE** policies.
