We are seeking motivated and hardworking Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Provo, Utah. As a vital part of our logistics network, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and maintaining the flow of goods through our distribution center. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities will include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established procedures and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals. The ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods, is essential. Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
