We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to various aspects of our daily operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is vital to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics team.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors carefully and promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute.
