Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick designated products from warehouse storage locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details, checking product codes and quantities.
- Carefully pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Apply shipping labels and any other required documentation to packages.
- Stage completed orders in the designated shipping areas, ensuring proper routing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Consistently use required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, to ensure personal safety.
- Contribute to team objectives by meeting productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to read and comprehend order details and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is advantageous.
