Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow company guidelines for proper Lifting and handling of merchandise.
- Use appropriate PPE to ensure personal safety and compliance.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations through proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and using PPE correctly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for using scanning equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
