Respond to inbound enquiries from individuals and organisations. Book approx. 7 meetings per week. Qualify customers, understand needs, prepare quotes and proposals. Close sales and convert enquiries into course bookings. Manage a pipeline of active learners and business clients. Update CRM with all activity and maintain accurate records. Work cross-functionally with service, scheduling and delivery teams. Learn the product portfolio and communicate confidently. What We're Looking For:
Some sales or recruitment experience preferred. Confident on the phone with strong closing ability. Relationship builder with commercial awareness. Driven, ambitious and comfortable working at pace. Highly organised with strong time management. Polished and professional communicator. Motivated by targets and uncapped commission. What's on Offer:
Warm inbound leads only (6-10 per day). Monthly revenue target around £40,000 (with ramp-up period). Uncapped commission with typical £8-12k OTE. Supportive, coaching-focused team environment.
