About the role Likewize is looking for experienced technicians to repair the country’s damaged smartphones and tablets.
Likewize Repair is the only Samsung and Apple approved UK mobile smartphone and tablet repairer. Comprehensively stocked with approved and genuine Samsung and Apple parts, the Likewize Repair fleet of mobile workshops is the best in the country.
Primary Responsibilities
Traveling to different customers within your region to repair mobile phones and tablets. A fully equipped workshop van is provided.
Providing excellent customer service.
Carrying out fault finding.
Performing quality‑control checking using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software.
Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection and information security policies and procedures.
Role Requirements
Live in the area we are recruiting for, as this will be your region.
Have a full clean driving licence and be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
Outstanding communication skills.
A passion for technology and customer service.
Desirable experience repairing technology items.
