Mechanical Design Engineer
Proven experience in Mechanical Design Engineer or drawing roles within industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments, producing accurate layouts and fabrication documentation.
Strong 2D AutoCAD skills and experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for modelling systems, assemblies and layouts.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, project requirements and inputs from sales and commissioning teams to deliver accurate, buildable designs.
Understanding of fabrication and installation practices, with a methodical, detail-focused approach and ability to coordinate drawings across multiple live projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong computer literacy (including Microsoft Office) and confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Mechanical engineering qualification, HNC, HND or Degree.
Willing to attend site visits to support surveys.
Mechanical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities – but not limited to
The Mechanical Design Engineer will produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D models for general arrangement, layouts and fabrication, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.
Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to interpret design intent, project requirements and installation constraints.
Conduct site surveys and incorporate feedback from project teams, suppliers and customers to maintain drawing accuracy.
Manage drawing issuance, revision control and documentation while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on fabrication and interface details.
Support continuous improvement by standardising templates, symbols and best practices across the design team.

Operate and maintain a group of machines within a complex manufacturing system.
Working to tight tolerances.
CNC Turning and milling.
Ensure all machines are running correctly.
Own Quality inspection – measuring own parts.

Supply Chain Manager Essential Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, CILT, CPIM) is a plus.
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to a global network.
Demonstrable experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing within Far East.

Supply Chain Manager Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Engineering Project Manager – Role Overview The Engineering Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of systems and solutions sold by the technical sales team, from order handover through to completion, final acceptance and close-out.
Proven background in an Engineering Project Manager role, delivering capital equipment or complex industrial systems from order handover through installation, commissioning and formal project close‑out.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously, including programme planning, resource coordination and effective prioritisation across competing demands.
Strong commercial awareness, with experience controlling project budgets, managing costs, protecting margins and handling variations and scope changes.
Sound understanding of project risk management, including the identification, assessment and mitigation of technical, commercial, programme and site‑related risks.

CNC Turner – The Role
The CNC Turner will be fully involved in the machining process, including: Programming, setting and operating Haas CNC lathes – ST40 & ST30 (other machine experience will be considered).
Working directly from engineering drawings.
Machining one‑off and small batch components to tight tolerances.
Producing parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics.
Taking responsibility for quality from material receipt to finished component.
Selecting tooling, offsets, speeds and feeds to suit each job.
CNC Turner – What We’re Looking For
Confident lathe programmer (ideally Haas).
Able to work independently and problem‑solve at the machine.
Experience with one‑off / small batch work.
High attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts.
Sales Support Administrator – Role Overview Contributing to the sales effort, the role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams, international partners and end users to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
Sales Support Administrator – Hours, Pay and Benefits
37 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 1pm finish on Friday’s (this is a full‑time in office role)
