Join a world-class team driving digital transformation across an international Legal Services business. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative low-code legal technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and improve productivity across the firm. This is a remote role with occasional travel, offering flexibility, collaboration with talented global teams, and the chance to make a real impact on how DWF delivers technology-led services. This will be a 12 month FTC within the team. Responsibilities
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of digital process design — from understanding business needs and configuring workflows to testing, training, and embedding new solutions. Partnering with business users, developers, and product teams, you’ll translate complex challenges into practical, efficient workflows that enhance the end-user experience. You’ll help shape best practice in workflow design, integration, and system configuration within DWF’s new low-code Case Management System, ensuring all solutions are robust, user-focused, and aligned to business goals. As a champion for digital improvement, you’ll identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and continuously enhance services across the firm. What will help you succeed in this role
Essential Experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst, capable of designing and delivering solutions aligned to business strategy and culture Confirmed experience managing end-to-end change — from understanding customer needs through to testing, implementation, and communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for user experience and proven stakeholder management ability Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, prototyping, MVP, and iterative delivery) Comfortable working on projects where objectives evolve or change frequently Experience gathering and translating complex requirements into effective technical or process solutions Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a focus on delivering tangible business value Desirable Experience with Case & Matter Management Systems (e.g. ShareDo, 3E, or SharePoint) Knowledge of workflow automation, business process mapping, or low-code configuration Exposure to legal or insurance environments Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Experience with testing including script writing, writing test cases and quality assurance What we offer
