Join a dynamic team specializing in large-scale party and corporate event decor, where you will play a key role in delivering custom design solutions for immersive installations. This position focuses on creating bold, modern, and intentional graphics for backdrops, seating charts, photo boxes, and multi-board displays. You will be responsible for translating client inspiration into visually impactful designs that are optimized for printing, installation, and photography. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently producing high-quality, brand-appropriate work while managing multiple daily projects.
Deliverables
Design 3–4 custom large-scale graphics per day, including 4’ x 8’ boards and multi-board installations
Develop creative concepts based on client inspiration and project briefs
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail for production
Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet installation and photographic requirements
Adapt designs for both party and corporate event contexts, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential; strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Canva for specific tasks
Demonstrated experience designing for large-format print and event installations
Ability to interpret client references and translate them into original, intentional designs
Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout for impactful visual communication
Efficient workflow management to deliver multiple high-quality projects daily
Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Template-based or Canva-only work is not suitable for this role
