About the Role:
You'll be the Primary administrators on all things NetSuite, responsible for system health, customization, support, and scaling financial operations.
What You'll Own:
- Serve as primary NetSuite admin across all finance modules (GL, ARM, Inventory, NetAsset, NetLease)
- Collaborate with business users, IT Ops and BSEs to translate needs into NetSuite features
- Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records
Manage users, roles, and permissions - Coordinate release testing and environment management
- Follow IT SOX processes - Access controls, Change management, Quarterly Access reviews, leveraging tools like Fastpath.
- Partner with integration team to maintain stable data flows (e.g., Coupa, CRM, data warehouse)
- 4-6 years as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to create/modify fields, Saved Searches, reports, Pdf forms and help close processes.
- Strong knowledge of ARM, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Lease Accounting, POs required
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Ability to adhere to SOX compliance requirements in access controls, change management, User access review reports. Gather audit evidence and reports for SOX compliance.
- Provide audit support and month end support for close activities.
- NetSuite Administrator certification preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000-$150,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
