Hours : Full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Position Description
Maas Energy Works (MEW) is seeking a skilled Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our Information Technology team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications that power our renewable energy systems, including anaerobic digesters and biogas energy generation. You will work with ASP.NET, MVC, and C# to build and enhance applications, handling front-end interfaces, middle-tier logic, and database interactions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a proactive, independent developer to grow their expertise in a fast-evolving, innovative environment at the forefront of renewable energy.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and C#, ensuring seamless integration across front-end, middle-tier, and database layers.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server to support data-driven applications and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement enhancements based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, data integrity, and system integration.
  • Participate in code reviews, adopt best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable code.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively learn new tools and frameworks to support the company's growth.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing full-stack applications with ASP.NET, MVC, and C#, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), middle-tier, and database interactions.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and managing database schemas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
