A retail brand in NYC is hiring a Director of HR to support the new York stores. The position will manage general HR duties, including employee relations, onboarding, policy changes, and performance management. The ideal candidate has strong HRBP experience in the retail space, available to go to stores in NYC, and comfortable with several aspects of HR.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience
  • Retail HR experience
  • Available to go into office 4x week

Preferred Skills:
  • Luxury retail experience
  • Recruitment within New York market

Compensation: $140,000 to $150,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
